About this Credit Guide
Adventure Finance is a business name operated by Fox Finance Group Pty Ltd. Fox Finance Group Pty Ltd holds Australian Credit Licence 382952 and provides credit assistance to customers seeking finance. This Credit Guide contains important information about our services, fees and remuneration, our obligations and how you can make a complaint.
What is credit assistance?
We may provide credit assistance when we assist you with or suggest that you apply for a particular credit contract with a particular credit provider, apply for an increase to the credit limit of a particular credit contract, or remain in a particular credit contract. Our role is to understand your requirements and circumstances and assist you in exploring finance options available through the lenders we work with.
Lenders we commonly use
Fox Finance Group Pty Ltd has access to a panel of credit providers. The six credit providers with whom we currently conduct the most business are:

- Latitude Personal Loans
- NOW Finance
We are not limited to these credit providers. The credit providers considered for you will depend on your individual circumstances, finance requirements, eligibility and applicable lender criteria.
Responsible lending
Where responsible lending obligations apply, we are required to make reasonable inquiries about your requirements, objectives and financial situation and take reasonable steps to verify relevant financial information. We must not provide credit assistance in relation to a credit contract if the contract would be unsuitable for you under applicable responsible lending requirements. You can request a copy of our preliminary assessment where applicable.
Fees payable by you
We may charge a fee for the credit assistance and related services we provide. The fee can range from $0 up to a maximum of $1,995 including GST, depending on the transaction. Any fee applicable to you will be disclosed in a separate Credit Quote before credit assistance is provided. The Credit Quote is provided for your acceptance before the credit assistance is rendered.
Remuneration we may receive
Fox Finance Group Pty Ltd may receive commission or other remuneration in connection with finance arranged through us. This may include upfront commission paid when finance settles and other remuneration received through our aggregator arrangements. The amount of remuneration can vary depending on the credit provider, finance product and amount financed.
You may request a reasonable estimate of the indirect remuneration we are likely to receive in relation to your finance and information about how that remuneration is calculated.
Referral payments
Fox Finance Group Pty Ltd may pay commissions or referral fees to third parties who introduce customers or finance business to us. These third parties may include referral partners and other businesses or professionals that introduce customers to Fox Finance Group Pty Ltd. You may request a reasonable estimate of any referral payment relevant to your finance and information about how that payment is calculated.
Our obligations
As an Australian Credit Licensee, Fox Finance Group Pty Ltd is required to comply with obligations applying to the credit activities it undertakes. These include obligations relating to conduct, competence, dispute resolution and responsible lending where applicable.

We will investigate your complaint through our internal dispute-resolution process. If you are not satisfied with our response, or your complaint has not been resolved within the applicable timeframe, you may be able to lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
